Questions about plans
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free has no expiration date and asks for no credit card. You get 200 emails per month, 1 user, every one-question survey type and 3 months of history. If you need more volume, WhatsApp, AI, the API or multi-question questionnaires, that is when you move to a paid plan.
How does the 14-day trial work?
When you create your account you get 14 days with WhatsApp, AI, alerts, follow-ups and questionnaires unlocked, on evaluation quotas: 300 emails, 5 WhatsApp sends, 10 AI analyses and up to 3 users. The API is not part of the trial. No credit card. When the trial ends your account stays active: it moves automatically to the Free plan, with no lockout and no data loss.
Can I send surveys from my company's WhatsApp number?
Yes, from the Business plan up. You connect your company number right in the dashboard, through Meta's official sign-up, and surveys start going out from it. Since Meta then bills the conversations to your company's account, the Business limit doubles: from 500 to 1,000 sends per month while your number is connected. Meta approves the messages on your account, and WhatsApp surveys stay on hold until it does. This feature is not part of the 14-day trial.
What if I hit the sending limit mid-month?
The system automatically pauses sends on that channel and notifies you. Other channels keep working. No overage invoice. You can upgrade at any time. On Business you can also buy an extra pack of emails or WhatsApp messages with a one-time payment: the paused survey resumes as soon as the purchase is confirmed, and the pack balance is valid for 12 months.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing. Before you confirm a downgrade, the dashboard shows what changes: surveys, users and alerts that fall outside the new plan. You never lose data history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card. The invoice is issued with your company's tax details.
How do I cancel?
At any time, from the dashboard itself. No penalty. When you cancel you keep access to the plan you paid for until the end of the period already paid. After that, the account moves automatically to the Free plan, with no lockout and no data loss.
