Questions about plans
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free has no expiration date and asks for no credit card. You get 200 emails per month, 1 user, every survey type and 3 months of history. If you need more volume, WhatsApp, AI or the API, that is when you move to a paid plan.
How does the 14-day trial work?
When you create your account you get 14 days with the Business feature set — including WhatsApp, AI and alerts — with reduced quotas for evaluation. No credit card. When the trial ends your account stays active: it moves automatically to the Free plan, with no lockout and no data loss.
What if I hit the sending limit mid-month?
The system automatically pauses sends on that channel and notifies you. Other channels keep working. No overage invoice. You can upgrade at any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect on the next cycle. You never lose data history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (all major brands) and bank slip for annual plans. Invoices are issued automatically for the registered company.
How do I cancel?
At any time, from the dashboard itself. No penalty. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the paid period and then return to the Free plan — your data stays there.
