Hear from app users at the moment the app delivers value.
The best moment to ask is right after the person finishes something important in the app: closing the month, completing an order, finishing a task. You pick the moment; the platform decides whether the survey shows up for that person.
Native, not a website on top
A web widget inside an app loads slowly and feels foreign. Here the screen belongs to your app, with the components, colors and haptics users already know.
Rules in the dashboard
Sampling rate, snooze days after dismiss and display frequency live in the survey. Change them in the dashboard and they apply the next time the app asks, with no new store release.
On every plan
The App channel is included from the Free plan and uses no sending quota: the survey shows up when the person reaches the right moment in the app.
NPS by app version
Every answer comes with the app's platform and version. If an update dragged the score down, it shows up in the results by version before it reaches the store ratings.
Who sees it and how often
Sampling fixed per person, a snooze for whoever closed without answering and, on plans with frequency control, the window before the same person can answer again. With the logged-in user, someone who switches phones won't get the survey again ahead of time.
Channel metrics
Shown, dismissed, answered and response rate for each survey. Answers land in the same feedbacks and reports as the other channels, with the App channel filter.
Questions about the App channel
Do I need to install an SDK?
No. It is four HTTP calls with JSON: ask whether to show the survey, send the answer, record that the person closed it and record the click on the thank-you button. The Help Center has the guide with examples in React Native, Swift, Kotlin and Flutter.
Which survey types work in the app?
Relational, transactional, product and brand NPS, CSAT and CES. eNPS and competitor surveys are not available on the App channel.
Can I send people who gave a high score to rate the app in the store?
It is not recommended. Asking for a store review only from people who gave a high score is the review filtering the App Store and Google Play prohibit. Ask for a review at a different moment, unrelated to the survey.
What if the phone is offline?
The app can store the answer on the device and send it when the connection comes back. The integration guide shows when to resend and when to discard.
How do I test before publishing the app?
There is no test mode: every answer to an active survey counts in the results. Create a second survey just for testing, use its ID in the development build of the app and the real survey's ID in the published build.
