How is NPS calculated?

NPS = % promoters (9 and 10) − % detractors (0 to 6). Neutrals (7 and 8) don't count. The result ranges from -100 to +100. WiseData NPS calculates automatically in real time.

What's a good NPS score?

It depends on the industry. Above 0 is positive, above 30 is good, above 50 is excellent and above 70 is world-class.

How often should I run NPS?

For relational NPS (overall loyalty), monthly or quarterly. For transactional NPS (after an interaction), every interaction. Frequency control prevents fatigue.

Which channel converts better?

WhatsApp has 3-5x the response rate of email in Brazil, but has a lower monthly limit (500/month on Business). Email offers more volume (3k to 10k/month). Embed captures active visitors. Using all three in parallel is the recommendation.
