Do I need to configure email servers or WhatsApp Business?
No. Infrastructure is fully centralized: dedicated server for emails, official WhatsApp integration for WhatsApp with pre-approved templates. You just create the survey and send.
How does the free trial work?
7 days on the Pro plan, with 10 free Email sends. No credit card. Full feature access (except advanced AI).
How do send limits work?
Each plan has monthly limits per channel (Email and WhatsApp). When you hit the limit, sends on that channel pause until the next cycle. No overage charges. Embed availability depends on the plan.
What if a customer answers on two channels?
The system detects it automatically and counts a single response. Links have unique per-channel tokens and are invalidated across channels when the customer answers on any of them.
Is WiseData NPS LGPD-compliant?
Yes. Data hosted in Brazil, encryption in transit and at rest, opt-in consent, right to be forgotten, and clear privacy policy.
Can I brand the survey?
Yes. Logo, primary color and company name are configurable per company. The public survey and emails follow your visual identity.
Does it work in multiple languages?
Yes. Native PT, EN and ES. The same campaign can send each email and WhatsApp in the contact's correct language. The public page also detects and applies it.
Is there AI sentiment analysis?
Yes. Each text comment is classified as positive, neutral or negative. On Business, full AI includes theme categorization and actionable insight generation.
