Customer satisfaction survey

Satisfaction surveys that turn into a number, not a pile of replies.

Send by email, WhatsApp or inside your own site, get the score calculated for you and track how it moves month after month. NPS, CSAT and CES on one platform.

The difference between a form and a satisfaction survey.

A form collects answers once and leaves the interpretation to you. A satisfaction survey measures the same thing, the same way, every month — and only then does today's score mean anything next to March's.

The math is done for you

No spreadsheet exports, no counting promoters and detractors by hand. The score shows up in the dashboard as answers arrive, already split by zone.

Unhappy customers don't wait for the report

A low score triggers an instant alert to the person responsible, who opens a follow-up right there. Recovering a customer becomes a matter of hours, not month-end.

Comparable over time

The same question, the same scale and the same sending cadence every month. That is what lets you say whether you improved — something a one-off survey can never answer.

01Survey types

Pick what to measure and send

NPS for overall loyalty, CSAT for satisfaction right after a service interaction, CES for how much effort the customer had to spend. All three ship with question, scale and follow-up already set.

02Delivery channels

Ask where your customer actually replies

Email on dedicated infrastructure, WhatsApp through the official integration, and a widget embedded in your site. One questionnaire, three channels, a single response base.

03Sentiment analysis

Read a thousand comments without reading a thousand comments

AI classifies every open answer as positive, neutral or negative and groups the topics that come up most. You see the pattern, not the volume.

Questions about satisfaction surveys

What is a customer satisfaction survey?

It is the structured, recurring measurement of how customers rate your company, product or service. Unlike a one-off form, it always uses the same question and the same scale, which makes results comparable across periods and shows whether the experience improved or got worse.

What is the difference between NPS, CSAT and CES?

NPS measures loyalty through the recommendation question on a 0 to 10 scale and is the long-term relationship indicator. CSAT measures point-in-time satisfaction right after a specific interaction, such as a support ticket or a delivery. CES measures the effort the customer had to make to get something resolved. On WiseData NPS all three are available in the same account and can run in parallel.

How often should I run the survey?

It depends on the type. CSAT and CES are transactional: send them right after the interaction, purchase or delivery, while the experience is fresh. Relational NPS works better on a regular cycle — quarterly for most businesses, monthly when the customer base is large. What matters is keeping the interval constant, because that is what makes the historical series trustworthy.

How many questions should the survey have?

Two, in most cases: the score question and one open follow-up asking why. Every extra question lowers your response rate. If you need more context, segment the audience or join with data you already hold in your own systems instead of making the questionnaire longer.

Which channel gets the best response rate?

WhatsApp typically pulls 3 to 5 times more responses than email, because it is where the customer already is. Email remains the widest-reaching and cheapest channel per send, and the site widget captures people while they are actually using the product. In practice, combining them works best: WhatsApp for transactional, email for relational.

Do I need to know statistics to read the results?

No. The platform delivers the calculated score, the split between promoters, passives and detractors, the zone you are in and the comparison with previous periods. Open comments arrive classified by sentiment and grouped by topic.

Does a satisfaction survey fall under data protection law?

Yes, because it involves processing the respondent's personal data. WiseData NPS runs with data hosted in Brazil, consent records, configurable retention policy and support for deletion requests. There is a dedicated LGPD page on this site with the details.
