Webhook

A webhook is an automatic notification sent via HTTP POST when an event occurs. In WiseData NPS, webhooks from providers (SendGrid, Meta Cloud API) notify about bounces, delivery failures, and quality updates. This allows the system to react automatically: pause numbers with low quality, filter bounced emails, and update delivery status.
